About the Speaker
Diane is President of Dynamic Resumes and helps individuals impact the job market through effective resumes, job search skills, and interview skills. She helps clients of all levels to `jumpstart` their job search with proven strategies. She has over 15 years experience in Human Resources, specializing in Resume-Writing, Recruitment, and Outplacement.
Diane is a former recruiter so she really knows what it takes to get those résumés to the `top of the pile`! She has been a featured speaker for numerous workshops focusing on dynamic approaches to job search. Diane holds a Masters degree in Human Resources / Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College division, and a Bachelors degree from Rutgers University. She earned her PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification from SHRM (the Society of Human Resources Management). She is an active member of Tri-State Human Resources Management Association, NRWA - the National Resume Writers Association, and CMA - the Career Management Alliance. Diane participates in the West Point Alumni Association of Philadelphia and has converted many military resumes to market-focused civilian versions.
